I’m not here to tell you how to heal.

I’m here to tell the truth.

There’s a version of healing that people love to hear. It’s tidy. It’s linear. It wraps up with lessons learned and inspirational quotes.

That version? It’s a lie.

The truth is: healing is loud. It's brutal. It’s ugly. It’s layered in rage and grief and silence and survival.

And most people don’t want to hear about it—unless you’ve already cleaned it up and made it marketable.

But that’s not what this space is for. This space is for us—the ones still climbing out.

Still bleeding.

Still getting up again when no one’s watching.

This is a place where I say the quiet part out loud.

Starting now, I’m launching a 10-week blog series that doesn’t pull punches. Each post is built from the trenches—written for the ones who are tired of pretending they're okay.

For the ones who know the weight of survival all too well.

Here’s what you can expect:

🔻 Week 1 – Things I Shouldn’t Have Had to Survive

A gut-wrenching list of what survival actually looks like. No polish. No gratitude. Just raw truth. Because some things you crawl through shouldn’t be romanticized.

🔻 Week 2 – Why I Don’t Owe You My Story

An unapologetic call-out to emotional entitlement. You don’t get to demand someone’s pain just because you’re curious. Silence is not a lack of strength—it’s protection.

🔻 Week 3 – Survival Isn’t Healing

Just because I’m standing doesn’t mean I’m healed. This post rips apart the myth that surviving something means you’re “better.”

🔻 Week 4 – Grief Doesn’t Expire

Loss doesn’t respect a timeline. And grief doesn’t shrink—it just changes shape. This one’s for the people who still carry it every damn day.

🔻 Week 5 – The Lie of “You’re Never Given More Than You Can Handle”

Burn it. That phrase has been weaponized against the broken for far too long. Some of us have been given more—and we’re still clawing our way through it.

🔻 Week 6 – I’m Not Lazy, I’m Burned the Fuck Out

There’s a difference between lazy and depleted. This one dives into trauma burnout, mental collapse, and the exhaustion that comes from carrying everything alone.

🔻 Week 7 – Stop Romanticizing Resilience

You call it strength—I call it survival reflex. This post exposes how society uses resilience to shut people up and keep them functional instead of supported.

🔻 Week 8 – How Trauma Warps Your Sense of Worth

When you grow up in survival mode, you learn how to disappear. This is a raw look at how trauma reshapes your identity and convinces you you’re never enough.

🔻 Week 9 – Healing Feels Like Grief Too

Growth isn’t always empowering. Sometimes it means grieving the versions of yourself you had to be to survive. Even when it’s right—it still hurts.

🔻 Week 10 – I’m Allowed to Be Angry

You don’t get to silence me with shame. This final post is about reclaiming anger as valid, necessary, and long overdue.

If you’ve been carrying things in silence, this series is for you. If you’re tired of people trying to put a bow on your pain, this series is for you. If you’ve ever wanted someone to finally tell the truth—you’re home.

Follow along. Speak up when you’re ready. I’m not here to fix you. I’m just here to be with you in the mess.

This is Raw & Real: A 10-Week Series on Trauma, Survival, and the Shit No One Says Out Loud. And I’m not shutting up.
